The Sacma Warm Former, from Sacma Group, Italy, will be demonstrated in the Los Angeles, CA, USA area during the week of October 21 to 26, 2013. Featuring fully integrated heating and cooling systems, the Sacma Warm Former is the most technically advanced former specifically designed for forming a wide range of aerospace and automotive fasteners from difficult- to-form materials. Available in 14 different models, the Sacma Group will be demonstrating the five-die SP360CRM-WF80 model with a 140-ton forming capacity and a diameter cutoff up to 15 mm. The machine will be arranged with a dual induction heating system (50 Kw plus 30 Kw), a fully automatic heating/cooling temperature control system, the S-Feed electronic precision feeding system and an automatic fire safety system. Combined with the precision, versatility, reliability and safety of all Sacma formers, the Warm Former provides the highest possible part quality and repeatable accuracy ever achieved for difficult-to-form parts.
