ARMA CLAMPS & CLIPS, a Turkish manufacturer of clamps, clips and special fasteners, has started to build a new production facility in Istanbul. The company currently manufactures its hose clamps, pipe clamps, metal clips, metal stampings and special metal fasteners in a 1,500m2 factory in Basaksehir, Istanbul. Serving the automotive, home appliance and other industry sectors.

The new production facility will be 6,600m2 factory, situated in Hadimköy approximately 25km away from the current facility; 30km from Ataturk International Airport and 13km from Tuyap International Exhibition Center. “The new facility will give us an opportunity to improve our lean manufacturing techniques, as well as our production efficiency. It will also increase our capacity meaning that we can look at attracting new customers and projects.” The new production facility is expected to start production by the last quarter of 2014.
