2014-07-25
In the first week of June, Hyundai began an operation of recall of more than 26 thousand units of imported SUV model ix35 due to problems in fixations in airbags. It was necessary to inspect torque in fasteners of airbags of drivers, mounted on the steering wheels of vehicles.

Due to improper tightening, over time the fasteners can loosen and compromise the efficiency and the safety of drivers. The recall involves just the models imported from Korea, produced during January 3, 2011 to May 23, 2013.

However, this car version made by Caoa, the Brazilian group, in its industrial plant in Anápolis, Goiás state, is not included in this recall.
