Grabber Construction Products Acquired HS Fasteners

Days ago, the professional fasteners and construction products distributor, Grabber Construction Products announced the acquisition of HS Fasteners, which is a subsidiary division of Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company. The product lines of Grabber will be thus expanded after this acquisition and will continue to provide services to its existing customers and those of HS Fasteners. The product expansion includes collated and bulk nails, which can also complement the construction screws line of Grabber. The management of both parties all expressed their welcome to the result and considered it to reach a win-win situation and mutual victory. They are also very excited about the affirmative development in the future.
