"Unispring" Updated Its Industrial Equipment

"Unispring", branch of "Severstal-metiz" (enters into a battalion the Severstal the Russian steel), settled and started in maintenance a new line for springs coiling which are used in manufacturing of spring blocks. Updating the equipment allows the factory to strengthen positions in the market, to raise product quality and productivity. The solution on acquisition of a new line was accepted after the analysis of productivity of the analogous equipment in 2011. With the start of the new equipment, productivity of workshop increases by 20 %; on the other hand, raw losses decrease. Also it will be possible to raise performance efficiency of orders though now terms are from two till three days depending on volumes and the nomenclature. Besides, the new equipment allows to release qualitative products, providing at the same time sufficient presence of capacity on manufacture.
"Manufacturing modernization is an important step to strengthening positions of "Unispring" in the market. In 2013 in our segment, it is not volplaned considerable growth, therefore our factory intends to keep existing direction of evolution efficiency of performance of orders and maintenance of product quality at stably high level", said Vladimir Povaljaev, director of Unisping.
