The 36th ISO General Assembly took place on September 21st in St. Petersburg. President Xiao Gang Chang of China Ansteel Group was elected as the new Chairman of ISO with the tenure of 3 years (2015-2017). Note: He will still be the waiting Chairman in 2014 and will officially take over the position from Jan. 1st 2015. This is the 1st time for Chinese to be elected into the highest managerial position of ISO since it was established in 1947.
