Russian independent inspection institute "Standard-Diagnostic" has conducted a series of procedures in compliance with the regulations of Russia's bureau of standards, and announced that it accredited JSC MMK-METIZ's electric welding materials. The accreditation encompasses МР-3, ОЗС-4, УОНИ 13/45, УОНИ 13/55 (and other models of) weld rods used for carbon steel and low-alloy steel. These models from JSC will gain a 3-year term GOST certificate, which is favorable to JSC to gain more clients because GOST assures that the quality and branding of the electric welding materials are protected.
In addition to quality assurance from GOST, JSC's electric welding materials comply with the requirements from NAKs (an exclusive institute for inspecting electric welding materials).
MMK-METIZ manufactures many kinds of electric welding materials, and applies them in various industrial applications. It has modern and large production lines, and its machines come from world-renowned ESAB from Switzerland. It produces over 30 types of weld rods, including weld materials demanded by the precision industrial sector.
MMM-METIZ has two automated production lines that incorporate the procedures from production to packing into one streamline. To keep the products intact during delivery, MMK-METIZ's weld rods are sealed in cartons covered by plastic film, and packed into open-hole wood boxes to be delivered.
