The Hall of Fame award honors individuals who have demonstrated a dedication to advancing the fastener industry throughout their careers and made significant and enduring contributions on a national or global scale. Past inductees have included pioneers, visionaries, and trailblazers who have left a lasting impact on the industry.

In addition to the Hall of Fame award, the organizer is also excited to continue the tradition of recognizing the achievements of young professionals in the fastener industry. The Young Fastener Professional of the Year award celebrates individuals who are 40 years or younger within the industry who have shown exceptional leadership and potential in their field.
