Established in 1992, Easylink Industrial offers quality-guaranteed fastener products and has years of experience in automobile, electronics, construction, and furniture sectors. The Kaohsiung-based headquarters together with the Vietnam plant (both combining the office and factory) amount to 40,000 square meters of area. The headquarters specialize in high precision, high technical level, and high quality fastener products; the Vietnam plant specializes in standard fastener products. Monthly capacity exceeds 1,500 tons. Coupled with a highly efficient production line, the comprehensive logistics tracking system enables the company, global buyers, and cooperative suppliers to “Easily Link with each other” and place orders. Moreover, an E-platform provides member clients with real-time monitor and status report on the manufacturing progress. Easylink’s transparent production and order placement procedure helps to enhance client trust.

Compliant with Product, Production Process, and Lab Regulations

Easylink was certified by ISO 9001 in 1996, QS9000 in 2001, as well as TS16949 in 2006. Furthermore its products gain TAF’s ISO/TEC17025 Lab certificate, and comply with ISO14001 environment protection regulation, RoHS standard and REACH standard specification. Keeping an eye on client and market demand and acquiring correspondent certificates to comply with all regulations is the fundamental requirement of Easylink’s sustainability. The headquarters own various professional fastener forming machines including 1 die 2 blow, 2 die 4 blow, and 4 die 4 blow cold-forge forming machines, plus head recess cutting machines, fastener machining machines, and optical sorting machines to monitor defective rate. A mold manufacturing studio was set up inside the plant to service clients with high quality and shorter lead time.

New Product: Flat Head Double Threaded Chipboard Screw

Customized service is an important part of Easylink’s operation. Its new product R&D must go through the evaluation of the project team in the first place, and then the company will provide a trial sample to the client prior to the official production. Its complete Internet platform effectively improves communication and work efficiency, saving unnecessary internal costs.

In 2014 Easylink will display its new product, flat head double threaded chipboard screw, to the market. The product has outstanding torque property that can withstand 45 degree bending and speedy driven capability. Interested buyers will have the opportunity to glance it at the April Hannover Messe in Germany.
