Giant Long Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. founded in 1991 is specialized in fastener manufacturing including snap rings (for shafts and holes) in various specifications, automobile/motorcycle clamping pieces, spring plates, internal & external tooth washers, (customized) washers, quick nuts, pins, R pins, spring pins, tube clamps, cable ties, hooks, electrical hardware, and construction hardware. Clamping pieces are especially the most important product representing 40% of its total production, followed by fasteners (20%), washers (20%), and the remaining spring plates and other products.
Giant Long with the facility of over 5,000sqm and 45 sets of lathes has nearly 35 years of experience in the R&D of mold development which demonstrates its outstanding and unique capability of achieving more productivity than that of other counterparts. In terms of high-value added machines, Giant Long has specialized machines to boost capacity, including Keyence image testing machines and optical/rolling/vibratory sorting machines with conveyors that can achieve accurate measurements, as well as tapping machines, grinding machines, auto-cleansing facilities, to name a few. Increasing production, reducing costs, and attaching importance to product quality have been the advantages of Giant Long in the market for several years.
In search of new customers, its superfine quality, fast delivery, and quick response to customers’ special requests are widely appreciated and known through the recommendations among customers. On the other hand, Giant Long will keep training new technical staff and make all procedures become systemized. In the end, facing future challenges, Giant Long also invested in another green industry, Ever Power Energy TECH.CO.,LTD (EPE), that seeks environmental protection without pollution to produce LFP batteries. Supported by its advantageous punch technology, it has recently completed the development of automotive/motorcycle storage batteries, automotive pressure and electric current stabilizers, power supply systems, and energy saving equipment, and has made the superior quality recognized by the industry with a continuously growing customer base.
