Nissinseiki Co. Talks on Japan's R&D Trend of Molds for Cold Forging (Including Fasteners)
"Super alloy direct carving" is becoming a trend in Japan's industry of molds for cold forging, and more and more companies are researching and testing this technique. Nissinseiki Co. is one of them. President Nakamura says, "The term 'Super alloy direct carving', literally, means a direct forming technique that conducts cutting on super alloys. An exclusive device for cutting super alloys is installed onto the CNC machines to perform mold processsing." When inquired
