MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions (MFCS) Acquires Automotive Division of Curtis Screw Company LLC

MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions announces its purchase of the Automotive Division of Curtis Screw Company LLC. Included in this acquisition are the manufacturing sites in Buffalo, New York and Cornelius, North Carolina.  The newly formed division of MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions will be known as MacLean Curtis LLC.
