Yuan Kuen Jyi Industrial Co., Ltd. established in 1991 mainly produces precision CNC lathed parts and high-tech components for optical fiber, electrics, pneumatic tools, automation equipment, bicycles, and medical instrument applications. The company has been certified by ISO 9001:2008 and CNS12681.

ReadyFacilities, Mature Techniques, and Superior Products

In early times Yuan Kuen Jyi used Swiss type & Turret type auto lathes to produce a variety of joints and knobs.Later, in order to upgrade its techniques and manufacture products that are more corresponding to customers’ needs, the company has initiated the gradual replacement of its manufacturing facilities with Japanese Nomura and Tsugami CNC Multi-Tasking Turning Center since 1993. Currently the company has 36 sets of machines in the plant. In addition to the precision manufacturing facilities, the company, with excellent technical background, is also dedicated to the R&D of products in various materials such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum, plastic steel, copper, Teflon, non-ferrous metal, special steel, and composite materials.

Yuan Kuen Jyi processes CNC lathing with wire rods material instead of forging parts. Machines installed in the plant are all CNC Multi-Tasking Turning Center which combines multi-function of milling, turning, drilling & boring to integrate several working procedures at only one step,  so as to avoid potential man-made differences and mistakes. Through precision facilities, the company can be more accurate and systematic to achieve its production goal, effectively shortening the manufacturing process, reducing energy consumption and demand for labor power, and reaching the goal of high efficiency and stable productivity. 

Aiming at offering high quality products, the company now has precision testing instruments such as 2D semi-projectors, microscopes, Concentricity Gauge, Surface Roughness Tester , laser bias measuring instrument, and height gauges for random testing in production and full inspection before shipment.

The common problem in the industry is the talent gap. The training (incl. instructions reading, programming, calibrating, and manufacturing) of an engineer takes a long period of time, so anyone who wants to work in this industry must be careful & patient enough, and willing to devote himself to learning and seeking for high quality. In order to deal with the talent gap issue, Yuen Kuen Jyi has been in cooperation with Chaoyang University of Technology in anticipation of training more excellent engineers and QC persons for sustainability of the industry.
