Nut torque is easily absorbed by friction between nut and washer or joint surface. All friction is equipped with additive effect. Thread torque requires tensile bolt and compressive joint to overcome torque required by rotary friction. Coefficient of rotary friction K represents a fixed variable. Change of any K will significantly affect torque computed value, however K indicates friction coefficient between two matched surfaces and any methods can change friction. Generally speaking, it is highly impossible to list all variables that affect the torque, yet can realize main factors of complexity for ideal joint assembly as follows:
