Established in 1991, SYW is experienced in manufacturing quality anchor bolts, perforated steel band and U-bolts supplied to distributors, wholesalers, contractors and installers. Its name started with the short form of the founder’s name. President Mr. Siew Yuen Wai said, “We manufacture various types of construction anchors and fixing products including Sleeve Anchor, Set Anchor, Expansion Anchor, Wedge Anchor, Flange Nut, U-Bolt and Steel Band which are made of mild steel and stainless steel. Also, we have coating for the metal anchors including yellow zinc plating (Cr³ & Cr⁶), blue zinc plating and mechanical galvanizing. In addition to the extensive range of products and sizes listed in our catalogue, we also supply manufactured non-standard lengths and diameters according to customer drawings and specifications.” SYW supplies a range of products to numerous industries including construction, elevator and air conditioning industries.

Sales Network in ASEAN/Middle East/Europe & Stringent Quality Guarantee

SYW has a sales network to Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, the Middle East and Europe. Regarding these markets, Mr. Siew Yuen Wai explained in the interview: “Europe and Southeast Asian countries are our main target market. To ensure maximum performance, SYW metal anchors undergo the most rigorous manufacturing and testing procedure. Our anchor products comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Regulations and also hold a CE certificate that qualifies us according to ETAG (European Technical Approval) for metal anchors installed in concrete.”

Through its ISO 9001: 2008 quality accredited system, SYW can offer customers efficient service, producing good and reliable metal anchors and fixing products to meet the growing demand in the international and domestic market.

Planning for 2020                                                                                                    

SYW has exhibited in The Big 5 Construct Indonesia 2015 and EISENWARENMESSE 2016. Very soon you will see it again in The Big 5 Dubai 2017 and Eisenwarenmesse 2018. Towards 2020, SYW will expand its business by moving to a factory which is 3 times bigger than current one, and will continue to upgrade its equipment and machines. “Quality is our main concern.
