South Africa Makes Final Determination of Anti-dumping Duties on Chinese Iron or Steel Bolts and Nuts

The International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa ( ITAC) announced that it had made final decision on hexagon bolts and nuts of iron or steel originating in or imported from China. It will keep imposing anti-dumping duty on products involved. The anti-dumping duty on hexagonal nuts ( diameter ≧ 6 mm, ≦36 mm) is 122.7%, dome nuts without metal insert, stainless steel nuts, and nuts for aircraft are excluded. The anti-dumping duty on iron and steel bolts imported from China is 55.4%, but stainless steel bolts, bolts for aircraft, and bolts from Ningbo Jinding Piece Company Limited are excluded. Customs codes of the involved products are 7318.16 and 7318.15.
