Highlight at IFE: Multi-material Split Rivet Nut
J. T. will mainly display rivet nuts, stamped parts and customized products at IFE. Customers can witness their high quality and customized services. In recent years, their manufacturing technique has achieved new breakthroughs and they have developed split rivet nuts of different materials. In the past, Taiwanese manufacturers could only manufacture iron split rivet nuts. After continuous development, J. T. has successfully made white iron, aluminum, and copper split rivet nuts into reality.
Target: Rivet Nut Buyers
Rivet nuts are J. T.'s main product. They hope to find buyers at IFE who use rivet nuts and can collaborate with them for a long time. “In the past, the pandemic forbade us from meeting face-to-face with customers. When we participated in the show last year, we found our relationship with customers becoming closer, which prompted us to decide to participate again this year. Although the U.S. economy is currently relatively sluggish, the market range is still larger than expected. It’s so big that we are willing to try this show again,” said J. T. Through participating in the show, they will not only spread their expertise and knowledge in rivet nuts to visitors, but also hope to let American customers see that J. T. can provide standard products as well as products that meet high-quality requirements.

The team has obtained the TS 16949 certificate and is expected to receive more orders for automotive fasteners. In addition, they were awarded the "10th Dun & Bradstreet Award for Taiwan's Elite SMEs: Top 1,000 Elite Enterprises" last year. "Dun & Bradstreet certification is a credit certification service. If overseas buyers know that we have passed D-U-N-S certification, this can increase their trust in us, so it is of special significance to us," said the company.
New R&D Focus on EVs and Green Energy
In recent years, the world has attached great importance to environmental protection and air pollution issues. J. T. has reduced carbon emissions in energy through the optimization of electricity consumption and the use of environmentally friendly items. In addition, more and more car manufacturers are designing different styles of electric vehicles. The company hopes to develop products related to electric vehicles and green energy with more customers in the future. In March next year, they will exhibit in Stuttgart to expand their European market share in addition to expanding sales in the U.S.
