U.S. Threaded Fasteners Acquires TSA Manufacturing, Expanding Fastener Footprint to 10 States

U.S. fasteners distributor Threaded Fasteners Inc. (TFI) has announced the acquisition of TSA Manufacturing Inc. in Nebraska, with the deal closing on January 5, 2026. This marks TFI's tenth acquisition since 2012, extending its operations to 10 states. TSA specializes in producing custom fasteners that TFI currently sources externally; the move internalizes manufacturing to boost operational efficiency, strengthen supply chain control, and broaden service to customers in steel fabrication, metal building, and commercial manufacturing sectors.
TFI President and CEO Billy Duren stated: "We welcome the TSA team into the TFI family. TSA's outstanding team will combine with our employee to create new opportunities for our teams, customers, and communities. Thanks to COO Jerrad Douberly, CFO Ashley Bryan, and our executive team for their months of hard work—I'm incredibly proud of our future." The CFO added: "This deal is a strong strategic and cultural fit. TSA excels in craftsmanship, accountability, and customer focus; we're excited to integrate them into our employee-owned model and grow together."
This vertical integration enhances TFI's quality control and efficiency while upholding the shared craftsmanship of both companies.
