Melissa Patel Elected NFDA President for 2026-2027

Melissa Patel of Field has been elected as the 2026-2027 president of the National Fastener Distributors Association. Angela Philippart of AFC Industries will serve as vice president, Scott Camp of Atlas Distribution Services will serve as associate chair, and Ed Smith of Wurth Industry USA will remain on the Board as immediate past president. Kevin Hochstetler of Martin Supply, George Hunt III of Brighton Best International, Tim Roberto of LindFast Solutions Group, and Brandon Wiley of NAPPCO Fastener Company have been elected to serve on the Board of Directors effective June 17, 2026. Continuing on the NFDA Board are Harry Doherty of Fasco Inc., Christian Reich of Goebel Fasteners, and Jennifer Sturm of Empire Bolt & Screw. Recognition was paid during the meeting to retiring Board members Steve Andrasik of Brighton Best International, Alex Goldberg of AMPG, Scott Longfellow of Huyett, and Scott McDaniel of Martin Supply.
