Quintain Steel Co., LTD. was founded in 1973, began with producing galvanized wire (now Yung-Kung Plant), which is adopted widely in agriculture, construction, processing industries and mesh-making. In order to increase added value of the product and promote quality, Ma-Tou Plant has been expanded to produce spheroidize annealed wire for screw industries since 1989.

In 1992, Quintain Steel Co., LTD. was established as a publicly-listed company. For integrating upstream and downstream industries, stabilizing the sources of raw material and responding demands of the domestic economic development, we built Kuan-Tien Plant with the annual capacity of 500,000 MT of hot rolled steel wire rod in 1994.
