To help our customers, we can speedily and accurately deliver even one item with our logistics system that utilizes IT and new technologies. The Higashi Osaka Logistics Center daily ships about 51 million items.
At the huge Higashi-Osaka Logistics Center in Higashi-Osaka City, we have established an immediate delivery system that enables us to actually stock more than 200,000 types of high-quality fasteners made in Japan. If you order by 16:00, we can ship them on the same day.
We also offer one-stop shopping for screws, enabling you to have as many screws as you want, when you want them.

While customers inquire about fasteners, we are increasing the number of items we handle every day so that we can meet all customers' fastener needs.
For that reason, we work with more than 1,200 screw manufacturers in Japan and handle many private brand (PB) products.
In Japan, our customers can count on our reliable service.
Our Quality Assurance Department has been set up within the Higashi Osaka Logistics Center to implement acceptance inspections of products and maintain quality. In addition, certificates of origin, mill sheets (material certifications), RoHS directive conformity certificates, drawings, standard tables, certificates and more can be issued according to customers' needs. We can also attach packing lists in English when shipping.
