Detailed Description
Inconel 625 is a solution-strengthened nickel-based alloy, with main components including nickel (Ni, minimum 58%), chromium (Cr, 20-23%), molybdenum (Mo, 8-10%), niobium (Nb+Ta, 3.15-4.15%), etc. This alloy maintains stable mechanical properties in the temperature range of -200°C to 980°C, and its tensile strength can still reach 600MPa at 800°C high temperature. It has super resistance to oxidative, reductive, mixed, and localized corrosion. In seawater environments containing 2000ppm chloride ions, its pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) value is as high as 45. Performance advantages: It has high strength, good toughness, and anti-fatigue properties, and can maintain a tight state under long-term vibration or alternating load conditions.
