Temperature & Corrosion Resistance
Service temp: -253°C (cryogenic) to 700°C; retains high creep - rupture strength at 700°C with no low - temperature brittleness.
Corrosion resistance: 17-21%Cr, 4.75-5.5%Nb + Ta and Mo content resist pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride stress corrosion, suitable for seawater, H₂S/CO₂, organic acids and other media.
Transmission & Machining Characteristics
Rectangular flat key structure ensures precise positioning, stable torque transmission and easy assembly/disassembly for shaft - hub keyway fitting.
Accepts solution/aging heat treatment, cold heading and cutting; post - welding aging restores strength for precision customization.
